Chinese Dosa


Made Chinese Dosa (Spring Dosa) yesterday for dinner :).If you get bored with simple dosa sambar and chutney ,you can try these dosas..These are quite filling with lots of veggies and noodle stuffing ,which goes inside .The stuffing i made is with lots of veggies and little of noodles .Ok now with recipe.




Ingredients-


2-3 Spring onions

1 cup of broccoli florets
1 cup of grated carrots
1/2 cup Noodles
Olive oil
Soy sauce
Tomato sauce(Ketchup)
Chili- garlic sauce
Salt to taste

Method


- In a heated skillet add olive throw in the white part of spring onion.

-  After a little saute add the veggies and throw in boiled noodles with the sauces and seasoning.
- Garnish with green part of spring onion.
- Filling is ready to go.
-Spread the dosa batter on the tava 
-Add in some oil on the corners of dosa and a little in the middle of dosa.
- Now spread the filling from centre and scrap some extra batter on the dosa and cook it for a while with the filling till it gets brown from corners .
-Roll it and serve it hot with some extra noodles 

Note- I even add finely chopped tofu and other veggies like bell pepper and beans.Its upto you to add with whatever you have in hand.


Dosa batter made with 4 parts of Idili rice and 1 part of urad dal soaked for atleast 6 hrs and fermented for at least 8 hrs.
